Well been a while since I was last on here, i've decided to take a break during the cooler weather for the time of year. I decided on a trip to Stanage and it was well worth it, climbing with my girlfriend Jane. Who incidentally has really taken to climbing outdoors, especially the trad! Whoop!

April what a month!
Well what a fantastic Spring season we are having, been out as much as I can be in such great weather out on the quarried Gritstone edges of Cow's Mouth Quarry then up to Blackstone to continue working on a project I have.
This year is going to see so much climbing, got the right frame of mind, just one thing injury in my left shoulder due to bad posture or tendonitis?
